First, pick a character to help choose, prepare and cook a meal!
When the learner has chosen, they can interact by pressing their switch or mouse to progress through the different stages until the meal is completed!

With the help of the character it is now time for the learner to choose what they want to eat. The voice will prompt the learner to make a choice and the options will appear on-screen.
Pick from scrambled eggs on toast, a beef and salad sandwich, a baked potato or leek and potato soup!

When the decision is made, the chosen recipe from the Inclusive Cook Book is displayed showing the required ingredients.
For scrambled eggs on toast - the ingredients are eggs, milk, butter, salt and bread

Using the character, the learner decides where the ingredients are kept in the kitchen by choosing from the options that appear. These being the fridge or the cupboard!

From the fridge and cupboard, the learner chooses the correct ingredients for their recipe!
For scrambled eggs on toast - eggs, milk and butter are in the fridge. Bread and salt are in the cupboard.

Before any preparation involving food is done, the learner has to get the character to wash their hands and put on an apron!

Having chosen the ingredients, the preparation and cooking can begin!
Through the cooking process, the learner chooses different utensils and discovers how ingredients change.

When the cooking has finished, the learner can choose a friend to share the meal together!

At the end the learner can choose to cook their meal again. Or they can choose to print out what they have done.
